Group reflects leadership. I want Honour to have a culture that encourages artists to let go of the pretences that restrict their creativity. Without courageous authenticity, there is only skill, and there is plenty of that in the world. 

I want artists to find pride in their work, strong connections with others, and to discover an inner strength that feeds their creativity for a lifetime.

I have always been intrigued with the unique talents and abilities a person has. I especially love to hear their one-of-a-kind stories that made them come alive. What excites me the most is witnessing a cast of individuals displaying their strengths and honouring one another. When this happens - everyone can do a lot of what they do excellently and be a lot of who they are originally.

As a people developer for over 30 years both in the creative and corporate sector, I remain passionate about providing an environment where this takes place - and I'm glad I get to do this with a team of like-minded legends here at Honour Productions.
